Tasting Notes

Deep, Bright Ruby.

Intensely savoury with cassia bark, black pepper, smoky bacon, truffle, wild thyme, black cherries, cassis, dried leaf, forest floor

Highly concentrated centre palate, savoury super fine tannins, and electric tension from the driving, linear acidity.

A dense mid palate with a sumptuous depth of black fruit, savoury flavours and sweet spice. The fine tannin structure leads you to a strong, long finish with spicy red berries. Lovely fresh acidity with life and tension

(777 for florals and red fruit 115 for fine tannin structure, 667 for earthy character – core of Kolo) Use your decanter.
