Pre-ferment maceration: 6 Days cold soak

Yeast: Inoculated – various strains

Fermentation Heat: Cool – Approx. 13°C

Pretty Candy floss pink.

Off-dry

BOUQUET

Lifted strawberry with hints of watermelon

pALATE

A fresh, light style of Rose with strawberries and cream across the palate. Hints of passion fruit and watermelon with a bright, long finish.

CELLARING

Made to drink as a young wine but will cellar comfortably for 1-3 years.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Serve lightly chilled.
