Growing Notes

Growing season started slow in Spring, with January being our stand out month; helping us to get through a cold finishing Autumn.

Cropping: Average 6.5 T/HA

VINIFICATIONHandpicked and fermented in stainless steel, whole bunch pressed and inoculated with a variety of yeasts. Extended yeast lees contact to increase complexity and richness.

 APPEARANCE

Bright and clear with a pale golden hue.

STYLE

Well-structured with good acid balance, finishes off-dry.

BOUQUET

Lifted aromas white peach, nectarine, pears and white florals

PALATE

Rich with layers of ripe pears, nectarines and tropical fruits. A fine acidity leads to a lingering finish of ginger and orange blossom.
