Soil: Fine sandy/loam topsoils overlaying schist.

Vine age: 11 Years

Trellis System: VSP spur pruned

Canopy  Mangement: Carefully managed by hand to control crop load and fruit exposure for optimum flavour.

VINIFICATION

Yeast: Innoculated – various strains

Fermentation Heat: Cool – less than 15°C

TIRAGE

Aged on yeast lees for a minimum of 18 months.

APPEARANCE

Vibrant pink.

Lively strawberry notes combined with a creamy intensity on the palate, produces a wine of beautiful balance and length.

CELLARING

Made to drink as a young wine but will cellar comfortably for 1-3 years.
