Vibrant and juicy red fruits with a lovely creamy texture across the palate and long length.

Made to drink as a young wine but will cellar comfortably for 1-3 years.

Serve lightly chilled.

Akarua Pinot Rosé is often served at lunch time or as an aperitif. Its vibrant palate, but creamy texture, ensures the wine matches with a wide range of cheese, vegetable, lighter meat and seafood dishes ensuring it is a 'safe' wine to serve with antipasto or canapés.
