VINIFICATION
Picked: 30th March – 24th April 2012
Pre-ferment maceration: 5 Days cold soak
Yeast: Innoculated – various strains
Fermentation Heat: Cool – less than 13°C
APPEARANCE
Light strawberry crush.
STYLE
Off-dry
BOUQUET
Lifted strawberry with hints of passionfruit.
PALATE
Vibrant and juicy red fruits with a lovely creamy texture across the palate and long length.
CELLARING
Made to drink as a young wine but will cellar comfortably for 1-3 years.
