Akarua Unoaked Chardonnay
Tasting Note
Fermented cool in stainless steel. No malolatic fermentation was carried out with this wine. A hint of lees stirring to add body and complexity.
This wine has a rich bouquet filled with peach blossom, lime and hints of tropical fruits. The palate shows rich fruit weight and texture, supported by bright acidity and a long finish. A crisp, zesty wine well suited to creamy pasta dishes.
